Scheduling was incredibly easy and Ken and his wife both went above and beyond for both communication and service. We felt incredibly safe allowing Ken into our home for testing as he wore all safety equipment (e.g. mask, face shield, gloves, gown, etc.) He walked us through all testing procedures and answered all questions. Swab was very thorough and as pleasant as possible (he knows what he is doing!)"
